Subject of the Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and the purchase of products provided by Bodega LAUS to the user through its website, constituting the legal framework for the contractual relationship. The products and content will be those available to the User on the following website owned by Bodegas LAUS S.L.: https://www.bodegalaus.es

Acceptance and Availability
These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship arising from the contracting processes formalized by Users through the Bodega LAUS website. Users expressly accept full and unreserved adherence to these stipulations, in the version published on the Bodega LAUS website at the time the User initiates a contracting procedure for the product and/or content in which they are interested. Therefore, the User agrees to carefully read the contracting conditions each time they proceed to contract for a product, given that they may have been modified since their last access. By accepting these General Contracting Conditions, the User declares:
1. That they are a person with the capacity to contract, of legal age.
2. That you have read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale.
The User will always have access, prior to the start of the product purchase process, to the terms and conditions of sale, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.
Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Bodega LAUS may modify these stipulations whenever there is sufficient cause or reason to do so. Sufficient cause or reason for modification is understood to exist, including but not limited to, when its purpose is to:
1. Expand the range or number of products made available to Users or improve existing products.
2. To modify, replace, or update the prices of the products offered through the website whenever deemed appropriate, making such changes visible on the website.
Payment Method
The prices and rates applicable to the user’s purchase of services will be those displayed on the website owned by Bodegas LAUS S.L.: https://www.bodegalaus.es, at the time the user accesses the specific service and begins the purchase process.
Prices and Applicable Taxes
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the customer places their order. The price of the products displayed on the website includes the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) for each product.
Shipping Method
1. Delivery Area
Bodega LAUS products are only available for sale in the Iberian Peninsula, and delivery times are set between 2 and 3 business days from the date the order is placed. The delivery period begins at 9:00 AM on the next business day following order confirmation.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula: €7.50. Free shipping to Spain on orders over €85. Shipping to France: €22 per package. Price includes VAT.

Terms and conditions of sale
Prices and texts published on the website https://www.bodegalaus.es are subject to change without notice, including technical specifications. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the merchandise delivered.
In the case of ticket purchases for a visit to the LAUS Winery in any of the offered formats, tickets are non-refundable.
The User will be guided through the process to be followed for entering into the contract, as well as for identifying and correcting the data provided for entering into the contract through the forms created for this purpose.
The User accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which will remain accessible on the website.
The contract is formalized in Spanish, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Offers will be valid for the period specified in each case on the website.
The User can consult the essential characteristics of each product through its description on the website.
Returns
1. Right of withdrawal
The customer has a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase.
